What does a promotional products operations manager do?
I run the workflow between your sales, production, artwork, suppliers and customers. In practice: quotes, sales orders, purchase orders and invoices managed with discipline; online stores built and maintained; suppliers coordinated; decoration-ready artwork prepared; and client follow-ups that actually happen. You sell — I make sure everything you sold gets delivered smoothly.
Do you work with U.S. companies remotely?
Yes — that's my entire practice. I work U.S. business hours, remotely, for print, promo and apparel clients including Dallas East Sports, DEX Custom Apparel, Big Dome Promo and Merch Marketing. Their teams will tell you: response time is never the problem.

I also support strategy and workflows around SAGE, ASI/ESP, OrderMyGear, Shopify, commonsku, DecoNetwork and GraphicsFlow — if your shop runs on it, I can probably drive it.
Can you build and manage InkSoft online stores?
Yes — it's a core specialty. Store structure, product and catalog configuration, pricing, promotions, order flow and the customer-facing experience. I've been building custom InkSoft stores for U.S. clients since 2019, from single team stores to full company-store programs.
