My Story

I've sat in every seat at the table.

I started in design and client-facing roles in 2014 and worked my way through business development, account management, online store builds and creative project leadership - always for service businesses where the customer experience decides everything.

Since 2019 I've specialized in the promotional products and decorated apparel industry: building InkSoft stores at Office Beacon, leading e-commerce and creative projects for The Branding Suite powered by Proforma, 918 Design Company and Ares Sportswear, and today running account operations for a portfolio of U.S. promo, print and apparel clients.

Because I've been the designer, the store builder, the account manager and the operations lead, I don't just complete tasks - I see how your whole shop connects, and I fix the friction between the parts.
